These terms govern access to and use of the GoWell system, including its software features, portal, services, documentation, and marketplace.
Who may use GoWell
The GoWell system may be used by businesses, administrative users, brokers, carriers, general agents, and registrants as permitted by applicable agreements and sales forms.
Access and use
GoWell grants eligible users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the system for permitted business or personal purposes. Businesses, brokers, and other users are responsible for the data and authorization they provide to GoWell.
Enrollment and setup
Onboarding, data migration, configuration, testing, and training may be provided as part of the setup process. The scope and timing of onboarding services can depend on the complexity of the business, data, and systems involved.
Fees and term
Subscription, onboarding, implementation, and related fees are set out in the applicable sales form. Terms may renew as described in the applicable agreement.
